These terms govern your use of Simply: AI Contract Review, operated by Ugur Turkmen. Creating an account means you agree to them.
Simply reads contracts, leases, invoices, official notices, and similar documents, then generates a summary that flags risks, deadlines, and key terms.
It is not a law firm. The summaries are AI-generated and are meant to help you read documents faster. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Do not make legal, financial, or contractual decisions based solely on Simply's output.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or use the app for anything unlawful.
Each analysis costs one or more credits. Credits are bought as consumable in-app purchases through Apple.
Credits are non-refundable except where Apple's refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Free credits from sign-up or referrals can be revoked if we detect abuse.
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give us a limited licence to process the document for your analysis and nothing else. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not share document content outside of what the Privacy Policy describes.
Do not upload documents you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
